Lunch can be ordered a la carte and additionally there are various good restaurants within walking distance.

Future modules may or may not take place at this same venue. Due to availability of suitable venues we may not always be able to stick to the above schedule but we will do our best. Each module can only be booked on its own (i.e. you cannot book the whole training in advance) and we cannot guarantee the price of future modules due to possibly fluctuating accommodation prices. We will do our best, however, to achieve comparable pricing.

When booking you need to first pay the “deposit” after which we will forward you the remaining accommodation options.

    1. Hello! Im interested in participating in the first module you are going to teach at limeni. I would like to ask you if the teachings of asana will include ashtanga yoga practice. Best regards from greece!

      • Hello Maria,

Thanks for your inquiring. So the standard plan is that the first day we do a Led Ashtanga class with lots of technical and anatomical details. Then ideally after that we go into Mysore-style where everybody can do their own practice. This means also that people who have a different practice or need to do restorative or therapeutic yoga can do theirs. So that’s my preferred option and I hope we can stick to that.

        Warm regards
        Gregor

    2. Hey Gregor,
as I was already announcing at your wonderful workshop held in vienna, i am looking forward to meeting you again in greece. just for the knowledge, as it is not the most important point for me, when i am planning to attend all 4 moduls, do you provide a certificate (yoga alliance)?
      snowy greetings from Austria
      Thomas
PS: i very much enjoyed your pranayama book, thx for that effort!

      • Hello Thomas,
Great to hear from you and look forward to working with you in Greece. Yes, definititely. After completion of the four modules you will get a workbook that involves 20 hours of homework (don’t worry it’s not that hard). Once that has been assessed we will issue a 200hr Yoga Alliance certificate. Glad that you like the Pranayama book. Don’t forget to read the Meditation book after that. : )
Greetings from the sub-tropical rain forest on the Australian eastern seaboard.

    3. Hi, I am unable to attend this first leg, but would be interested in future modules as well as level 2 training please. I have my RYT200 certificate under Brian Cooper but would like to improve my anatomy and sequencing knowledge specifically and everything else generally. Can you please add me to your mailing list? Thank you 🙂 – With best wishes from England 🤗🧘🏼‍♀️💚

      • Hello Vanessa,
No problem. I will add you to our newsletter list. Still good to check the website once in a while as we don’t send out newsletters that often. Btw. I’ll be teaching in Coventry in two weeks and after that in Ely, close to Cambridge.
        Greetings from Australia
        Gregor
