Kate was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga in 2004 in Ireland and was overjoyed at the balance of serenity and challenge it added to her life. She completed 8 Limbs' Teacher Training (over 500 hours) in 2011 and currently continues to deepen her knowledge with further studies in anatomy and physiology.

One of Kate's goals is to help people to experience yoga as a tool to provide lasting moments of contentment and simplicity, and to enable them to lead life from the heart.

"The yogic journey for me is about discovering my true nature. My goal is to share Yoga with new students so they have the opportunity to benefit from the many rewards Yoga brings to the body, heart and mind."
