Techniques are selected to suit the patient's needs and preferences.

Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT): A very gentle system centred around placing wedges under the pelvis to restore balance and function to the pelvis, spine and body. SOT focuses on of the relationship between the sacrum (base of the spine) and the occiput (base of the skull) and their role in the health of the nervous system.

Torque Release Technique (TRT):  A mixture of the "best of the best" systems of chiropractic assessment and treatment. TRT uses specific instrument adjusting to release spinal cord tension and torque. A very precise, gentle and effective method of adjusting.

Neuro Emotional Technique (NET): A method of finding and removing emotional complexes, which are 'stuck' in the body. NET uses Applied Kinesiology (AK) or muscle testing as a diagnostic tool. NET resolves conditioned emotional responses and balances the body's meridians.

Activator Method : Using the 'Activator' instrument, this method provides specific, high-velocity, low-amplitude adjusting. Ideal for children and the elderly.

Webster Technique: A technique specific for pregnancy, which improves function of the pelvic muscles and ligaments leading to the reduction of constraint to the woman's uterus, which allows the baby to get into the best possible position for birth.

Drop Piece: This technique involves quick manual thrusts which are assisted by sections of the table dropping a few centimetres. This greatly reduces the discomfort of the adjustment while enhancing the therapeutic effect.
